COLUMBIA, S.C. – Coker College defeated Benedict 7-0 in a men's tennis non-conference match on Saturday.
Benedict dropped two of the three doubles matches to give Coker the doubles point.
Nikola Aleksic and
Armando Flores earned a 6-4 victory at No. 3 doubles for the Tigers. Coker swept all six singles matches, with
Taj Ballantyne falling at No. 6 singles in a tiebreaker, 6-1, 2-6, 6-3.
Benedict, now 1-6, returns to action on Thursday, taking on Southern Wesleyan.
