COLUMBIA, S.C. – The Benedict College men's tennis team took a 7-0 victory on Saturday afternoon by defeating Morehouse College.

Mark Chigaazira and Batsiraii Saurombe won 6-2 at No. 1 doubles, while Nikola Aleksic and Armando Flores won 6-0 at No. 3 doubles.

Chigaazira won 6-0, 6-0 at No. 1 singles, while Julius Mutetwa won 6-1, 6-0 at No. 2 singles. Taj Ballantyne also won 6-2, 6-0 in No. 4 singles.

Benedict improves to 1-2 overall and 1-0 in the SIAC.

The Tigers will travel to face Coker College in Hartsville, S.C. on Saturday.
