Lady Tigers End Volleyball Season With Loss To Spring Hill

MOBILE, Ala. – The 2022 Benedict College volleyball season came to an end on Thursday as Spring Hill College took a 3-0 victory in the opening round of the Cricket SIAC Women's Volleyball Championship.
 
Spring Hill, the host of the tournament and the three-time defending conference champion, cruised to a 25-11, 25-13, 25-12 victory.
 
Spring Hill hit .420, while Benedict hit .036. The Lady Tigers had 19 total kills, led by Cana Smith with five. La'Jai Wilson had 10 assists. Jordan Williams led the defense with nine digs.
 
Benedict ends the 2022 season with a 14-13 record.
