JONESBORO, Ga – The Benedict College Lady Tigers wrapped up their 2023 season as Spring Hill College took a 3-0 victory on Thursday in the first round of the 2023 Cricket SIAC Women's Volleyball Championship on Thursday at the Tsunami Center.
 
Spring Hill, the four-time defending conference champions, won the match 25-15, 25-9, 25-19.
 
Benedict finishes the season with a 16-10 record, 10-9 in the SIAC. Spring Hill improves to 28-4 overall and 19-0 in the SIAC. The Badgers advance to play Albany State on Friday in the semifinals.
 
Benedict hit a season-low -.051 in the match, committing 23 errors, while recording 18 kills on 98 attacks. Kaiah Green had five kills to lead the Lady Tigers.
