ATLANTA, Ga. – Clark Atlanta University defeated the Benedict College women's basketball team 74-60 to wrap up the regular season on Monday night.
 
Clark Atlanta had a 29-25 lead at the half, then outscored the Lady Tigers 27-17 in the third quarter to pull away.
 
Taylor Christmas led the Lady Tigers with 17 points. Mahogany Randall and Amaya Ashby scored 10 points each.
 
Clark Atlanta improves to 15-10 overall and 13-6 in the SIAC. Benedict falls to 12-14 overall and 10-9 in the SIAC.
 
Benedict now awaits for the official pairings for the 2023 TIAA SIAC Basketball Tournament presented by Cricket in Savannah, Ga.
