COLUMBIA, S.C. – Benedict hit just .013 as Reinhardt University took a 3-0 victory in a non-conference men's volleyball match on Wednesday night in the Benjamin E. Mays HRC Arena.
Reinhardt won the match 25-12, 25-16, 25-18 to improve to 11-2 overall. Benedict falls to 3-1 overall.
Ras Jesse Delancy had eight kills to lead the Tigers, notching his eight kills on 27 total attacks with seven errors for a .037 hitting percentage.
Donovan Wilmott had seven kills on 21 total attacks with six errors for a .048 hitting percentage.
Kendersley Marcellin had 16 assists, while
Clint Forbes and
Terran Walkin had five digs each.
Benedict returns to action with a SIAC match at Morehouse on Friday, then plays Central State at 6 p.m. on Saturday at home.
