Loobert Denelus played a key role in Benedict's defense, allowing Chowan's offense to only 50 snaps. He had an outstanding performance with seven total tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss, and 2.5 sacks. The Tiger defense did an excellent job limiting their opponent to just 104 yards of offense and maintaining their streak of surrendering seven points or less for four consecutive games. Overall, they have allowed only 10 points this season. The Tigers are back in the jungle this Saturday to host Morehouse at 6pm. The game will be live-streamed on The Black College Sports Network.
