BELMONT, N.C. – The Benedict College men's volleyball team managed just 18 total kills as Belmont Abbey College swept the Tigers 3-0 on Wednesday night.
 
Belmont Abbey won 25-11, 25-15, 25-16 to improve to 4-1. Benedict falls to 0-3 on the season.
 
The Tigers had 18 kills and committed 20 errors on 65 total attack attempts for a hitting percentage of negative .035. Belmont Abbey hit .412, recording 40 kills and committing just 12 errors on 68 total attacks.
 
Benedict is home to face Kentucky State on Friday at 6 p.m.
