ATLANTA — The Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference announced its SIAC Football Players of the Week on Tuesday, Nov. 12, honoring student-athletes for impressive performances in games played last week. Jaylen Middleton (Kentucky State, Offensive Player of the Week); Caleb Grant (Morehouse, Defensive Player of the Week);
Jaxon Williams (Benedict, Special Teams Player of the Week); and NyJal Johnson (Lane, Newcomer of the Week) were recognized.

Williams sparked a 23-point run with an 84-yard kickoff return for a touchdown to open the second half against Savannah State. He finished with 202 yards on five returns. Williams leads the SIAC and NCAA Division II in kickoff return yards.
