COLUMBIA, S.C. – The Benedict College men's tennis team dropped a 6-1 non-conference match to Converse University on Saturday.

Mark Chigaazira rallied after dropping the first set to take a 3-6, 7-6, 10-8 victory over Stanley Waters at No. 1 singles for Benedict's only win on the day.

The Tigers fall to 5-3 on the season. Benedict will be back in action on March 9 against Milligan University at the Columbia Tennis Center.
