Macander Dieudonne joins the Benedict College football staff as the offensive line coach and run game coordinator.  Coach Dieudonne comes to Columbia after spending the past season at Southern University as the tight ends coach.

In his lone year at Southern, Dieudonne’s tight end group helped bolster the number one rushing attack in the South Western Athletic Conference and 25th overall offense in FCS points per game.

Prior to joining Southern University in 2019, Coach Dieudonne began his coaching career at his alma mater, Webber International University in Lake Wales, Florida. Coach Dieudonne coached at his alma mater for three full seasons. Coach Dieudonne coached numerous positions on the offensive side of the ball. During his coaching stint, he was able to help tight end Nick Marrill achieve first team All-Conference in 2017 and running back Davonte Williams earn second team All-Conference honors as a freshman in 2018.

As a collegiate player for Webber, Coach Dieudonne was a four-year starter for the Warriors’ offensive line that anchored the team to the 2014 inaugural Sun Conference Championship. The team also featured the nationally 12th-ranked rushing offense. Additionally, Coach Dieudonne was part of an offensive line for the nation's 11th-ranked rushing offense in 2015. Also, in 2015, the Warriors topped the 300-yard rushing mark in five games, including a 446-yard performance against Arizona Christian to open the season.

Coach Dieudonne finished his career as a team captain and as a two-time first team All-Sun Conference selection as a junior and senior. He was named a 2015 USA College Football NAIA Division Preseason All-American, USA College Football First-Team All-American, Second-Team 2015 NAIA Coaches' All-America, a NSCA All-American and 2016 Strength and Conditioning Athlete of the Year, and was an invitee to numerous all-star and bowl games such as the USA College Football Bowl and NFLPA Collegiate Bowl.

Coach Dieudonne graduated from Weber with a master's degree in business.

Macander Dieudonne and his family now resides in Columbia, South Carolina.
