Benedict College Athletics

Jordan Thompson joins the Benedict College Tigers as the assistant secondary coach.

Coach Thompson comes to Benedict from Laurens (S.C.) High School, where he served as running backs coach and special teams coach from 2018-2020.

He graduated from the University of South Carolina with a bachelor's degree in Social Work, with a minor in Political Science. He also attended Newberry College, where he was a running back for the Wolves from 2012-14.

Coach Thompson is a native of Spartanburg, S.C., where he played football for Dorman High School.
