Coach Rob Warner is an NSCA-registered strength and conditioning coach from the Bronx, N.Y. with more than six years of cumulative experience in the tactical, collegiate, and private sectors. He has experience coaching individuals aged 16-75, has taught at the university level, and is a twice-published author.
Coach Rob has served as the head strength and conditioning coach for the 1-36th Infantry Battalion at Fort Bliss, Texas, and the United States Drill Sergeant Academy at Fort Jackson, S.C. He is currently the head strength and conditioning coach for the 1-13th Infantry Battalion at Fort Jackson, S.C., as well as an assistant strength coach for Benedict College’s football team, where he oversees return-to-play and equipment management.
Rob received his undergraduate degree in Communications from SUNY Albany, where he played Rugby for 5 years. He later received his master’s degree in Applied Exercise Science from Concordia University Chicago with a concentration in Exercise Physiology. Additionally, Rob has completed two marathons in Charlotte, N.C., and Miami, Fla., and volunteers for the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a TSAC-F certification exam item writer.
Rob and his wife Jenna reside in Columbia, S.C.
