Taylor Hose

  • Title
    Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach
Taylor joins the Strength Staff at Benedict with six years in the field.

He first got into the profession back in 2019 working for the strength and conditioning staff at Our Lady of Good Counsel High School in Olney, Md. Starting as an intern in the summer, he was later offered an assistant position in the fall of 2019. During his time there, he worked with all Olympic sports and football. In that same fall, the football team would go on to win the WCAC championship game. Over a dozen of those seniors went on to compete at the collegiate level with one of them even entering the professional level.

In the spring of 2021, Taylor graduated with his B.S. in Exercise Science from Salisbury University and officially became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Over the next couple of years, he looked to learn from as many opportunities and mentors as possible. He split his time working with private facilities and learning under other collegiate sports performance programs (Elon University & Furman University). He had the
opportunity to work with football and all other collegiate sports, as well as club sports working with hundreds of different athletes over that time.

Last, but certainly not least, he is most proud of his commitment to his wife Sara, his greatest supporter, whom he married in 2022.
