Box Score
COLUMBIA, S.C. – The Benedict College Tigers got 11 points off the bench from Trevor Eichelberger, including a key 3-pointer late in the game, to edge the Clark Atlanta Panthers 59-58 on Saturday in the Benjamin E. Mays HRC Arena.
Eichelberger hit a 3-pointer from the right corner with 1:42 left in the game to break a 56-56 tie and the Tigers held on as Clark Atlanta's Royce Hamilton missed a potential game-winning shot at the buzzer.

Hamilton led the Panthers with 16 points and nine rebounds, while Antonio Burch added 12 points.
Benedict built as much as a 13-point lead in the first half, before Clark Atlanta rallied to cut the lead to 30-28 at the half.
The second half was tight, with Clark Atlanta taking its biggest lead at 52-46 after a 3-pointer by Dishone Gregory. But the Tigers came back with a 7-0 run, highlighted by a 3-pointer by Eichelberger, for a 53-52 lead with 5:48 left to play.
