COLUMBIA, S.C. – Due to the threat of inclement weather later in the day, the Benedict College Tigers have adjusted the start time of Saturday's men's basketball game against Virginia Union University.

The Tigers and the Panthers will start at 1 p.m. The game was originally scheduled to start at 5 p.m.

Benedict, 0-8, is looking for its first win of the season. The Panthers, the reigning CIAA champions, come into the game with a 3-5 record.

The Tigers will have one more home game before the Christmas break, taking on Point University in an exhibition game on Dec. 13 at 7:30 p.m.
