COLUMBIA, S.C. – The Benedict College Lady Tigers cruised to a 3-0 victory over Allen University on Wednesday night.

Benedict won 25-11, 25-17, 25-9 to improve to 18-8 overall and 10-5 in the SIAC. Allen falls to 5-18 overall.

Cana Smith led the Lady Tigers with 10 kills. Brikyia Benjamin added nine kills. Ashleigh Reeves had 22 assists and team-high 13 digs for a double-double.

Benedict wraps up the regular season on Thursday with a road trip to Edward Waters. The SIAC tournament begins Monday in Rock Hill, S.C.
