Benedict Falls To Erskine In Women's Tennis Opener

COLUMBIA, S.C. – The Benedict College women's tennis team opened the season on Saturday, falling to Erskine College 6-1 at the Richland County Tennis Center.

Catina Gamo picked up Benedict's point with a 6-4, 6-7, 10-7 tiebreaker victory over Erskine's Marie Guillaume at the No. 2 singles position.

Erskine improves to 2-2.
