COLUMBIA, S.C. – The NCAA has released its first NCAA Division II Super Region II top 10 that will determine the teams that make the NCAA Division II playoffs.
Benedict, 8-0 on the season, is included in the first released top 10. The teams were released in alphabetical order this week. The first official rankings will be released next week.
Super Region Two is comprised of schools from the SIAC, CIAA, Gulf South Conference and South Atlantic Conference.
The top seven teams in the final region rankings will advance to the NCAA Division II playoffs, which begin Nov. 19. The No. 1 see will have a bye until the second round on Nov. 26.
