COLUMBIA, S.C. – The Benedict College women's volleyball team closed out its regular season on Saturday morning, falling to Clark Atlanta 3-0.
Clark Atlanta won the match 25-20, 25-23, 25-20. Benedict had 32 kills, but committed 31 errors and hit just .009.
Kaiah Green and
Krislenn Lucas had six kills each to lead the attack.
Jordan Williams had 13 digs.
Jadyn Murry served three aces and had 18 assists.
The Lady Tigers fall to 16-9 overall and 10-9 in the SIAC. Clark Atlanta improves to 20-9 overall and 14-5 in the SIAC. Benedict earned the fourth seed in the SIAC East Division for next week's Cricket SIAC Women's Volleyball Championship at the Tsnuami Center in Jonesboro, Georgia. Benedict will face the No. 1 seed from the West Division, four-time reigning SIAC champion Spring Hill, on Thursday.
