ROLLA, Mo. – The Benedict College men's basketball team jumped into the National Association of Basketball Coaches Division II Top 25 poll, coming in this week at No. 19.
 
The Tigers are 8-0 overall and 4-0 in the SIAC. Benedict received 117 total points in the poll. The Tigers are one of 13 undefeated teams in the poll. Nova Southeastern is the unanimous No. 1 team.
 
This is the first time the men's basketball team has been ranked since being ranked 12^th on Nov. 28, 2017, the second week of the 2017-18 season.
 
In the D2SIDA media poll, the Tigers are ranked No. 22.
 
Benedict is back in action on Monday, traveling to take on Mars Hill University at 6 p.m.
