JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Benedict College Lady Tigers had their three-game winning streak snapped as Edward Waters took a 3-0 victory in a SIAC women's volleyball match on Tuesday.
Edward Waters won by scores of 25-11, 25-18, 25-18 to improve to 3-3 overall and 1-0 in the SIAC. Benedict falls to 5-2 overall and 3-2 in the SIAC.
Benedict hit a season-low .041, committing 20 attack errors on 98 total attempts and recording 24 kills.
Kaiah Green led the Lady Tigers with seven kills.
Kylie Jackson had a team-high seven digs, while
Jadyn Murry and
Willow Alls had nine assists each.
The Lady Tigers will travel to Albany, Ga., this weekend to compete in the SIAC Crossover Tournament, where they will take on five SIAC Western Division teams over two days.
