ATLANTA — The Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference announced its SIAC Men's Volleyball Players of the Week on Tuesday, March 25, honoring student-athletes for impressive performances in matches played last week. Benedict's Zion Beckford and Edward Waters' Jeremiah Martinez and Oneil Daley were recognized.

Beckford recorded 29 total kills in three three-set matches on the week (9.7 per match). He started the week with 9 kills in a non-conference win over Truett-McConnell, had 8 kills in a home win over Morehouse, then added 12 kills against Morehouse on the road. He hit .295 for the week (29 kills, 11 errors, 61 total attacks). He also added 3 assists, 1 service ace, 8 digs and 1 block.
