ATLANTA — The Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference announced its 2025 Men's Tennis All-SIAC teams and individual honorees on Friday, as voted by the conference's head coaches and sports information directors.
Benedict placed three members on the six-person All-Conference singles team.
Jason Chigaazira,
Divgurjot Singh and
Munache Marume all were recognized as All-Conference. In doubles play,
Anesu Kwirirai and partner Singh were named All-Conference.
Chigaazira went 10-5 overall and 9-1 in SIAC action, primarily seeing action at No. 5 singles. Singh went 7-7 overall and 6-3 in the SIAC, primarily at No. 3 singles. Marume went 6-7 overall and 6-2 in SIAC play, primarily at No. 4 singles. The doubles team of Kwirirai and Singh went 8-5 overall and 6-3 in SIAC play at No. 2 doubles.
Singh was named the men's tennis Elite 16 Award winner, presented to the member of the All-Conference team with the highest GPA.
