Benedict Places Four On SIAC Men's Volleyball Preseason All-Conference Team

ATLANTA — The Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference announced its 2026 preseason all-conference men's volleyball teams, individual honors and predicted order of finish on Wednesday featuring nine returning players from the 2025 All-SIAC lineup.

Benedict College placed four players on the preseason all-conference team, with outside hitter Camron Petillo, middle hitters Hakan Godoy and Jared Brown, and libero Cameron Long all receiving second-team recognition. Godoy was a second-team all-conference selection in 2025.

The Tigers were predicted to finish fourth in the six-team league.

Benedict will open the 2026 season on Jan. 31 on the road at Truett-McConnell. The home opener is Feb. 26 against Catawba College.
