MACON, Ga. – The Benedict College women's cross country team finished seventh, while the men did not score in the 2025 SIAC Cross Country Championship presented by Toyota, held at the Georgia Premier Cross Country Course at Middle Georgia State University on Friday.
 
Benedict's 
Caren Kipkoech earned All-SIAC honors by finishing eighth overall in the women's race with a time of 21:00.63 over the 5K course.
 
Mercy Kwambai was Benedict's next finisher, crossing the finish line with a time of 24:59.76 in 40
th place. 
Destinee Tiller was 49
th with a time of 25:40.96. 
Raven Johnson finished 55
th with a time of 26:47.93, while 
Torriann Noad was next across the finish line with a time of 26:51.47. 
Jordan Tanksley was 60
th with a time of 27:33.70.
 
For the men's team, only three of their four runners finished the 8K course, preventing a team score.
 
William Fennoy was the top finisher for the Tigers, finishing 58
th overall with a time of 37:03.05. 
Josiah Lacey finished in 70
th with a time of 40:56.51, while 
Terrel Alexander was next across the finish line with a time of 40:56.52.
