COLUMBIA, S.C. – The Benedict College men's and women's basketball teams have announced the 2025-26 schedules.
 
Both the men and women open the season on Thursday, Nov. 20, with a road trip to Central State in Wilberforce, Ohio. That will also be the debut of new head men's basketball coach Dannton Jackson. The road trip will continue on Saturday, Nov. 22 with a SIAC doubleheader at Kentucky State.
 
The home opener for both teams will be Tuesday, Nov. 25 against Clark Atlanta. The Lady Tigers will tip off at 5:30 p.m., followed by the home debut of the men's team and coach Jackson.
 
The women and men will play four home doubleheaders in December.
 
Other key dates on the 2025-26 schedule include a non-conference doubleheader against Claflin on Monday, Jan. 26, and a home doubleheader against rival Allen on Saturday, Feb. 14, which will be Reunion Weekend.
 
The final home game, and Senior Day, will be Monday, Feb. 16, when the teams take on Edward Waters. The regular season ends on Saturday, Feb. 21 with a road trip to Albany State.
