COLUMBIA, S.C. – The Benedict College women's indoor track & field team is ranked fourth in the South Region, while the men's team is ranked seventh in this week's U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association poll.
The Lady Tigers are coming off a strong performance at the USC Open, and received 305.84 points. Benedict is the top-ranked SIAC women's program in the region.
The Tigers are ranked seventh in the region for the third week in a row and are also the top SIAC men's program ranked in the region.
Benedict's indoor season is complete, as they await the announcement of selections to the NCAA Division II National Championship March 8-9 in Pittsburg, Kansas.
