CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Benedict College women's cross country team finished 15^th out of 17 teams at the competitive Royals Challenge, hosted by Queens University of Charlotte on Friday afternoon at McAlpine Creek Park.
 
Mercy Kwambai finished 77^th overall with a time of 22:04.05 over the 5K course to lead the Lady Tigers. Megan Thompson finished 84^th with a time of 22:21.36. Torriann Noad finished 117^th with a time of 24:58.17. Lydia Kosgei finished 137^th with a time of 26:34.43. Kanesha Moses finished 161^st with a time of 31:40.24.
