Box Score 2 COLUMBIA, S.C. – Albany State University hit six home runs on the day to sweep Benedict College in a softball doubleheader on Saturday.
Albany State hit three home runs in the first game to take a 7-1 victory. The Lady Golden Rams hit three more in the second game, including two by Domonique Bryant, to take a 17-0 victory. Bryant had three home runs and drove in seven runs on the day.
Benedict saw its losing streak extend to 14 games as the Lady Tigers fell to 8-27 overall and 6-18 in the SIAC.
