ATLANTA, Ga. - The Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) has announced their All-SIAC women's volleyball preseason team featuring 10 returning players from the 2022 SIAC Women's Volleyball All-Conference team. 
 
Representing Benedict College is senior middle blocker Kaiah Green, who was named to the second team. Green notched 64 total blocks (0.69 blocks per set) during the 2022 season while recording 204 total kills (2.2 kills per set).
 
The Lady Tigers were picked to finish third in the SIAC East Division race, behind Edward Waters and Albany State.

This year's preseason team is led by Edward Waters' Fatima Ramirez, who was selected as this year's Preseason Offensive Player of the Year alongside Mikayla Boyer, Spring Hill College, who was tabbed as the 2023 Preseason Defensive Player of the Year, announced Friday by the league office.
