ATLANTA — The Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference announced its Baseball Players of the Week on Tuesday, March 31, honoring student-athletes for impressive performances in games played last week.
Kent Johnson (Benedict) and Garrett Lott (Spring Hill) were recognized.

Johnson hit .545 (6-of-11) in a three-game series sweep over Morehouse College. Johnson drove in six runs, including a grand slam in Sunday's victory, and scored five runs. He had an impressive .625 on-base percentage, as well as a .909 slugging percentage for the series. He wins Player of the Week honors for the second time this season.
